Digital Products Return Policy
- Right of Withdrawal: In accordance with European Union legislation, customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days following the delivery of the digital product, without needing to provide any justification.
- Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal: Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to online digital content if you have already started downloading or streaming it and you agreed that you would lose your right of withdrawal by starting the download or stream.
- 2-Year Warranty: All digital products are covered by a minimum 2-year warranty. If the product turns out to be defective or does not work as advertised during this period, we commit to repair or replace the product, or offer a partial or full refund.
- Claims: If a defect manifests within 1 year of delivery, you do not have to prove that it existed at the time of delivery. It is assumed to have existed unless we can prove otherwise.
- How to Request a Return: To request a return, please contact our customer service providing your order number and the reason for the return.
- Refunds: Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 14 days following the receipt of the return request.
